Questions about plans and billing
What counts as a live-sync account?
Any Binance or Bybit account you connect with an API key. Breakout CSV imports and sample journals don't count. Starter syncs 2 accounts live and Premium 5. The Free plan has 1 account with daily sync, so it isn't a live-sync account. Manual accounts are unlimited and don't count toward the limit.
What's the difference between live sync and daily sync?
On Starter and Premium, trades sync live over WebSocket soon after they happen. On Free, your account syncs daily instead, so new trades show up after the next daily sync.
How does yearly billing work?
You pay once a year and get 2 months free: $290 a year for Starter, $490 a year for Premium.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your card is charged for the plan you picked, unless you cancel before the 7 days are up.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Yes. You can change or cancel your plan any time from Settings → Billing, through the Paddle customer portal. If you downgrade below the number of sync accounts you have, you get 7 days to choose which ones stay live. Extra ones freeze until you upgrade or delete them.
Which exchanges does Tradojo support?
Binance (USDⓈ-M perpetuals) and Bybit (linear perpetuals) sync automatically. Breakout trades (crypto perpetuals) import from a CSV export. More exchanges are coming.
Is it safe to connect my exchange?
We only accept read-only API keys. Tradojo stores your email, the API keys you connect (encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM), the trade history it syncs from your exchange (such as orders, fills and funding) and the trades you import from a CSV export, plus any notes you add. Our privacy policy has the full list.
